Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 e l’aggiornamento diretto del sistema operativo ad Android Jelly Bean potrebbero rappresentare un nuovo e importante step per l’intero mercato degli smartphone. Le voci, relative anche al Samsung Galaxy S Advance e riportate da una fonte attendibile come SamMobile, parlano di un progetto saltato, per quanto concerne il passaggio ad Android Ice Cream Sandwich, puntando già al passo successivo.
Come accennato, va precisato che SamMobile è da sempre considerata una fonte molto vicina a Samsung:
“There is some great news for those having a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy S Advance. Apparently the two mid-range smartphones will be getting the official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update without being updated to Ice Cream Sandwich before. One of the Bulgarian readers from GSM Arena contacted its local Samsung branch, asking if the two smartphones will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The response was kinda suprising that the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and the Galaxy S Advance will be skipping Ice Cream Sandwich and will be updated directly to the Jelly Bean”.
