Il Samsung Galaxy S4 è il prossimo della lista a ricevere l’aggiornamento ufficiale del sistema operativo Android Lollipop, almeno stando alle notizia che giungono da altri Paesi con riferimenti più o meno espliciti a India e Russia. Del resto, segnali in tal senso erano emersi anche dal resto d’Europa, anche se per ora Samsung Italia tace sulla questione.
Questo quanto dichiarato da Samsung India, stando almeno ad Android Authority:
“Samsung has been gradually rolling out its Android Lollipop updates to a number of devices this month and Indian Galaxy S4 owners are be next to receive a tasty new update. Just as with the Russian update at the end of January, the Galaxy S4 is being updated to Android 5.0.1 in the country today. The update applies to the GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 model, the version with Samsung’s Exynos 5410 SoC, and contains the new Material Design UI, notification tweaks, improved multitasking menu, and other features that we have seen demoed in past leaks. The update is also said to improve the handset’s battery life, security features and performance”.
Insomma, pare che la situazione sia davvero prossima a sbloccarsi su scala mondiale, per la felicità anche degli utenti che hanno acquistato il modello qui in Italia.
