Sono novità importanti e poco positive, quelle che giungono direttamente dagli Stati Uniti, visto che Apple sembra intenzionata ad aprire un nuovo fronte legale con Samsung, individuando già i device interessati da questa ulteriore vicenda giudiziaria.
Uno scorcio del documento presentato da Apple, a tal proposito, è piuttosto chiaro sotto questo punto di vista:
“Judgment as a matter of law that Samsung infringed claim 25 of the ’959 patent bymaking, using, selling, and/or importing within the United States the Admire, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy SII, Galaxy SII (Epic 4G Touch), GalaxySII (Skyrocket), Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and Stratosphere, and a new trial ondamages for that infringement; or in the alternative, a new trial on infringement anddamages”.
